Lady Boba Fett
Boba Fett was one of the most feared bounty hunters in the galaxy. Star Wars.
Majority of the armor bits are vacuum formed (thermoforming) from Iron Hammer Props/ Shen works. Vacuum formed pieces, clipped out by me. Airbrushed, distressed, painted, finished by me. I had to remake the breast cups in a larger size, made out of craft foam and worbla. I also made the grey flak vest, also see my SW page for more random builds. The grey jump suit was bought, cut apart and altered. I used fabric from the sleeves to make the pockets on the legs.
It was a good build. But overall, not one of my favorites. It’s recognizable, but it’s not the most flattering thing I’ve ever worn, and you have to take Everything Off to use the restroom.
The whole costume was all made during the pandemic. The armor painting was a 5 step process: primer, chrome, color, airbrush, distress. The armor is attached to the clothing with Velcro.
The minor finishing touches took the most time: gluing foam into the helmet, gluing magnets into the gauntlets, sewing pockets onto the pants, and fussing with the belts.
If you like Star Wars, also see my: Vader, Kylo, Maul, New Hope Leia, Slave Leia.
